User registration takes place at the user’s own request and requires their active consent by actively clicking “Register” whilst entering their address details or completing the registration form (optional, not standard).

7. Warranty, Liability

The customer expressly agrees that the use of the service provided by Aria Mira GmbH is at their own risk. Aria Mira GmbH shall not be liable in cases of force majeure, in particular in the event of failure of telephone or internet lines, industrial action, official measures, unforeseeable failure of transport or energy supplies, or other unavoidable events. This shall also apply if the aforementioned events occur in relation to a vicarious agent of Aria Mira GmbH.
